Anderson's Towing has a brand new state-of-the-art 10,650 square foot steel building at 2040 Rockefeller Drive, located near Highway 99. A six-foot chain link fence with barb and razor wire surrounds the property. The facility is monitored and patrol by a 24-hour armed security agency. There are a total of 32 cameras currently installed in the facility for your vehicles protection. After-dark lighting is more than adequate with six KAD parking lights and 11 exterior wall mounted lights. This produces approximately three times the amount of light required for a public parking

lot. The new facility is clean and offers a nice seated waiting area for customers in a temperature-controlled environment. The facility offers a handicap restroom and parking. This facility also offers both indoor and outdoor storage. We have a secondary facility which is located at 1918 S. Paulson St. in Turlock.

If and when Anderson's Towing receives a complaint, it is handled in a fair and impartial manor. All customer complaints are, and will be, documented and photographed if applicable. Then handled by a supervisor until a resolution is decided and met.
