COMPANY BACKGROUND

Anderson's Towing has been an established business in good standing since 1984. We have been involved in towing and storage for the public as well as Federal, State, County and City Departments. We incorporated in October 1994 with Calaska Limited, General Contractors. To this date we remain towing for the following public agencies:

1. California Highway Patrol
2. Ceres Police Department
3. Hughson Police Department
4. Modesto Police Department
5. Ripon Police Department
6. Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department
7. Turlock Police Department
8. United States Postal Service

Anderson's Towing has over 20 years experience engaged in towing and impound services. We are currently staffed with 12 employees which enables us to offer service 24/7 with acceptable ETA's (estimated time of arrival) at prices which are very competitive. Our Lead Driver, Kevin Fechter, has been with us for over eight years. We have 119 accounts/businesses that we tow for, the majority of them have been with us for the past 17 years.

Tow Truck We pride ourselves on being one of, if not the only tow company that tows for seven different police agencies. At Anderson's Tow, we understand the value of customer service and the ability to perform a job properly and correctly the first time. We have towed for the United States Post Office for over 16 years now. Several USPS offices have contacted us to request our towing services thanks to our performance. Currently, we tow for 14 different motor clubs, where good public relations is an absolute must. Of those, we are the number one service provider in our area, for 10 of them.

For our after-hours phones and dispatching needs, we rely on Answer America. They have been with us for over 16 years. All of the calls that they take are monitored and entered into a computer system. They are fully staffed and are quick to re-hire should the need arise. All of our drivers are on call 24 hours a day, so there is no concern of a driver not being available. Currently, there are six "class A" tow trucks in our possession, and we are working on purchasing a seventh.
